Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from the Nonsense Depot Shopify store and use of its online storefront. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to Shopify’s applicable checkout and platform terms.

STORE AND ELIGIBILITY
Nonsense Depot is an independent, owner-led design shop. You must be legally able to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location, or use the store with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping account and checkout information accurate and secure.

PRODUCTS
Most physical products are made to order by a disclosed production partner. We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, scale, placement, specifications, and availability accurately. Screens and production methods can cause minor color or placement differences that do not materially change the product. Product options, specifications, prices, availability, production estimates, and shipping estimates may change before an order is placed.

PERSONALIZATION AND BUYER CONTENT
Enter names, dates, numbers, sizes, colors, device models, and other requested details exactly as they should appear. Unless a product page expressly promises a digital proof, the information submitted with the order is treated as final. Missing or unclear information may delay production or require cancellation.

You may submit only photos, text, names, logos, or other material that you own or have permission to use. By submitting material for an order, you confirm that its production will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You give Nonsense Depot and the production providers involved a limited permission to use that material only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, support, and document the order. We may reject or cancel content that appears unlawful, harmful, infringing, or technically unsuitable.

ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT
Prices and product availability may change before purchase. Taxes and shipping charges are shown when applicable during checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, technical error, policy violation, or an order we cannot accurately produce. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Nonsense Depot does not receive your complete payment-card number.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the policies displayed in this store at the time of purchase. Made-to-order production and carrier transit are separate. Different items may arrive in separate packages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Nonsense Depot name, Petty Pigeon and Crumb & Complaint characters, original artwork, product designs, copy, branding, photographs, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to Nonsense Depot. No purchase transfers ownership of those rights. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, train on, or commercially exploit store content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; attempt to interfere with store security or operation; submit malicious code; misrepresent your identity; or use automated tools in a way that burdens or disrupts the service. We may restrict access or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store relies on services such as Shopify, payment processors, production partners, carriers, analytics providers when enabled, and links to external sites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Nonsense Depot is not responsible for third-party content or conduct outside the parts of those services we control.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and Nonsense Depot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from store use or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

CHANGES
We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
