FloralQuote Lite is a downloadable offline browser app for independent florists, wedding floral studios, and small event-floral businesses. It connects catalog costs, arrangement recipes, event quantities, waste allowance, markups, design fees, delivery, labor, deposits, wholesale pack rounding, and estimated contribution in one practical workspace.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Builds a catalog for flowers, greenery, hard goods, and reusable/rental items
• Stores reusable arrangement recipes with per-design ingredient quantities
• Calculates recipe retail using separate flower/greenery and hard-good multipliers
• Adds a configurable design-fee percentage and on-site labor charge
• Consolidates stems across every arrangement in an event
• Applies a flower and greenery waste allowance
• Rounds consumables to full supplier packs and shows expected leftovers
• Creates a reusable inventory pull list
• Compares full-pack cost with used-plus-waste allocation

HOW TO USE IT

1. Download and fully extract the ZIP file.
2. Double-click FloralQuote_Lite.html and open it in a current desktop browser.
3. Read the included Quick Start Guide.
4. Explore the sample catalog, recipes, event quote, and order list.
5. Replace the sample information with your own business assumptions and products.
6. Export complete JSON backups regularly.

• No Excel, Google Sheets, account, installation wizard, or subscription required
• Internet is not required after download

This is not a native iPhone, iPad, Android, or app-store application. Mobile use is not supported as the primary workflow.

IMPORTANT DATA NOTE

Working data is stored in the browser profile on the device where the app is used. Clearing browser data, switching profiles, using private browsing, or changing devices can remove access to that local copy. Export complete JSON backups regularly. CSV files are order exports, not restorable backups.
